Parental Guaranty [PDF]	A parental/sponsor guaranty may be needed in order for you to be approved for your new apartment. Click on the link for the guaranty form in PDF format. If you think that you might need a co-signer fill it out and mail it, fax it, or drop it by the office located at 660 Gateway Court. ($5.00 additional processing fee)
